Today we are an independent, predominately commercial, insurance broker, with core values of being a well respected, highly ethical organisation and having a commitment to integrity, professionalism and quality of service.
Our adherence to these values is demonstrated by our level of client retention, customer satisfaction and the relationships we have established with insurers, other brokers, service providers and the wider business community.
We have been members of the Chartered Insurance Institute for many years, of which we are very proud. This level of standard demonstrates that we provide our staff with the appropriate qualifications, training and support to help them develop and grow within the business. Our long-term employment service record means our staff can develop meaningful relationships with our clients, which we feel is extremely important.
Working hard to obtain a real understanding of our client's business activities is centric to our philosophy, to enable us to deliver specific and appropriate insurance solutions for each client. We also ensure we keep up to date with the ever-changing insurance world, so clients are advised when they need to consider new risks that are emerging.
Our membership of Brokerbility Ltd has provided further strength to our business, as this enables us to negotiate quality deals with the insurance companies, by being part of a group of brokers controlling over £620 million premium income.
