1. Booking Terms

By booking to attend an Enterprise Vision Awards event, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Pink Link Ladies Ltd. All bookings are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment Terms

• All bookings must be pre-booked and paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment may be made via credit/debit card, BACS, or other approved methods.
• Payment is due within 7 working days of booking or by the invoice due date, whichever is sooner.
• Bookings made within 10 working days of the event must be paid immediately.
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

Instalment Payments (including Klarna):
Where an instalment provider is used, you remain fully liable for all agreed payments regardless of attendance, cancellation, or refund eligibility.

3. Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

• Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organisers.
• Where a refund is approved, a retention fee of 10% of the base ticket price will be applied to cover administrative and operational costs.
• Payment processing fees (including card charges) are non-refundable and are excluded from any refund calculation.
• Refunds are calculated based on the ticket price only, excluding any additional fees applied at checkout.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days and may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.

Transfers and Substitutions:

Tickets may not be resold without prior written permission.

You may transfer your place to another attendee by providing at least 30 days’ notice prior to the event.

Non-attendance:

Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund. All payments remain due in full.

4. Event Changes and Cancellation by Organisers

• Pink Link Ladies Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including venue, speakers, timings, format, or seating arrangements.
• In the event that the organisers cancel the event, an alternative date or comparable event may be offered.
• Where a refund is issued following cancellation by the organisers:
  • This will be based on the ticket price only, excluding any processing or third-party fees.
  • As costs are incurred in advance (including venue hire, catering, staffing and production), the organisers reserve the right to retain up to 75% of the ticket price to cover non-recoverable costs already committed at the point of cancellation.
  • The exact refund amount will depend on the timing of the cancellation and costs incurred at that stage.
• The organisers are not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, or other arrangements.

5. Event Participation

• Your ticket entitles you to attend the event and receive catering as specified in the event details.
• Any additional food, beverages, or services are not included unless explicitly stated.
• All dietary requirements, allergies, and accessibility needs must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the event. While every effort will be made to accommodate these, this cannot be guaranteed.

6. Liability

• Pink Link Ladies Ltd accepts no responsibility for:
  • Personal injury, illness, or allergic reactions (unless caused by proven negligence)
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.

7. Behaviour and Conduct

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
• In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

8. Force Majeure

• The organisers shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or public health emergencies.
• In such cases, refunds or transfers will be considered at the organisers’ discretion.

9. Pricing

• All event prices are subject to change at any time prior to booking.
• Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will not change.

10. Amendments

• Pink Link Ladies Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all bookings.
