Booking Terms

By booking to attend the Enterprise Vision Awards you are entering into a binding contract with Pink Link Ladies Ltd and are liable for full payment subject to Payment Terms, and also Cancellation / Change of booking terms as shown below.

Cancellation / Change of booking

Tickets are non-refundable. This applies to all bookings, including cases of non-attendance for any reason.
Tickets cannot be resold without prior permission from the organisers.
Invoices remain payable in full in the event of non-attendance.
The organisers reserve the right to adjust table seating if attendees are absent on the day.
Substitutions are welcome. If you’re unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please notify us of the change at least 30 days before the event.
Klarna & Instalment Payments: If you choose to pay by Klarna or another instalment method, your payment plan will continue as agreed, even if you cannot attend. Refunds are not available once a booking is confirmed.

Payment Terms

The event must be pre-booked and pre-paid unless stated otherwise on the Enterprise Vision Awards website. Payment may be made by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer. Payment must be made within seven working days of the date that the booking was made or by the invoice date whichever is first. Any bookings made within 10 working days of the date of the event must be paid by BACS transfer or credit/debit card. In the event of late payment Pink Link Ladies will charge interest at 8% above the prevailing reference rate.

General Event Terms and Conditions

Payment made for the event entitles you to take part in the proceedings with catering as specified on the event details found on this website. Costs for any beverages or additional catering required will not be met by Pink Link Ladies Ltd.

All meal choices, special dietary requirements and accessibility needs must be entered onto the table admin area within our online system or submitted to Pink Link Ladies administrator if booked directly, at least ten working days prior to the event as no changes can be made on the night. We will endeavour to meet any dietary requirements that we receive.

Pink Link Ladies cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury (or an allergic reaction) that occurs to any person whilst attending any of our events.

Additionally, Pink Link Ladies cannot be held liable for the loss of or damage to any person’s personal or business items during an event.

All fees and prices for events are subject to alteration without prior notification. In the event of nonarrival or cancellation by a guest or speaker at an event, The Pink Link Ladies will not be held liable, and any fees paid to attend that event are non-refundable.

Pink Link Ladies will arrange the booking of venues and any catering at events as advertised. In the event that an event does not occur through no fault of Pink Link Ladies, we cannot be held liable, and no fees are refundable.

Pink Link Ladies reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. In the event of an event being cancelled by Pink Link Ladies you will be offered a full refund.

The Pink Link Ladies reserves the power to expel any member or guest at any time during an event, and also to refuse entry to an event. In this event, no fees will be refunded.

Pink Link Ladies reserves the right to alter all Terms and Conditions relating to events and membership at any time with no prior notification to members or guests.
