Inclusivity & Diversity at The EVAS

Everyone belongs. Everyone is seen.

The Enterprise Vision Awards celebrate women in business from every walk of life, and our allies who champion them. Our celebration is built on equality, empathy and access, because when every woman feels represented, the whole community rises.

We back inclusion with action:

• Complimentary carer tickets for finalists who need support

• Free tickets for each Not-For-Profit category Finalist

• Pay It Forward tickets to open doors for those who need a boost

• Accessible venues and pre-event planning support so every guest can take part fully and confidently

Disability, visible or unseen, doesn’t define a woman. We see her as a whole person and want every finalist, guest and supporter to have the best possible experience.

We’re proud to showcase incredible talent that reflects the power of representation:

• Eva, our 13-year-old BSL interpreter, signing live to the EVAS audience with confidence, earning new event bookings and inspiring her peers to aim high.

• DJ Hollie Mars, a registered-blind performer who kept the after-party dancefloor buzzing until the final song. Proof that inclusion amplifies joy, not limits it. Thank you to BPM Rehab for their support.

The EVAS welcome children, too, many come to see what “Mum” actually does, and leave believing they can do it too. These moments raise aspirations and show the next generation what’s possible.

But we know there’s more to do. We want to see stronger representation from women of colour, neurodiverse founders, and those from different socioeconomic backgrounds. If you know a woman breaking barriers, nominate her. Encourage her. Let’s make sure every woman sees herself on The EVAS stage.

At The EVAS, inclusivity isn’t a side initiative; it’s our foundation and our future.
