Entries for the 2024 Enterprise Vision Awards open on Friday 8 March and close on Friday 24 May. 

You can enter as many categories as you like. 

Best Business

The Best Business Award is open to businesses in all sectors and will be awarded to the company that demonstrates all-round excellence in business. You can enter your business regardless of how long you have been established.

The judges will be looking for information around the following aspects:

  • The inspiration behind the business creation
  • Achievements and challenges to date
  • Future plans
  • The drive and passion behind the business

Business Woman

The Business Woman of the Year Award is one of the most coveted EVA awards. This award is not restricted to business size or type. We are looking for a woman who has shown initiative, excellent leadership with a proven track record of outstanding achievements in terms of business growth and acumen. They may have contributed to a change in perception of women in the workplace and be an excellent role model to their colleagues and peers.

Judges will be looking in particular for:

  • Entrepreneurial / business accomplishments

Creative Industry

Are you working in a Creative Industry? You may be designing, creating, building, on small or large scale. The Creative Industry Award is open to those who work in graphic design, advertising, PR, marketing, video, photography, fashion, film set design, podcasters, filmmakers…if you use your creative flair, this is the category for you. Businesses, freelancers and in-house creative teams may enter.

The Customer Services Award is for those of you who have a customer focused business. You could be front facing or may be communicating with clients virtually by telephone or online. This award recognises the company that has the customer at the centre of their business. The Employer of the Year Award is open to all sectors. This is an opportunity for employers to demonstrate how they have created a stimulating and supportive environment for their workforce. If you work with people to make them feel better, the Health and Wellbeing Award could be for you! Working with the physical and emotional health and wellbeing of people is an important service. This category is open to individuals, private and public organisations including (but not limited to) personal trainers, salon owners, mobile operators, nutritionists, opticians, physiotherapists, GPs, pharmacies, home care, hospitals, health clubs, creators of beauty, skincare or wellbeing products.

The Hospitality Industry Award is open to women working in the hospitality industry. This includes food and drink, accommodation, tourism and leisure. Inspirational Woman

The Inspirational Woman of the Year Award is given to an individual who inspires others. We can be inspired by many things, from challenges that have been overcome to acts of kindness and selflessness. Words, innovation, action, determination, creativity, positivity, all inspire us in many ways. This award is given to a woman who evokes these emotions and actions in others.

You cannot enter this category. The Outstanding Achievement Award is sponsored by NatWest. No interviews will be held for this award. The woman receiving this award will have a proven track record of outstanding achievements, which stand as an inspiring role model to other women. Women entering any of the categories available will also be viewed as potential Outstanding Award nominees.

Professional Services

The Professional Services Award is open to ladies offering services for business & personal clients. These include solicitors, estate agents, GPs, accountants, financial planners, event organisers, HR services etc. It is not restricted by size of company and an individual can be awarded as well as a woman working within a larger firm. It is also not specific to business sectors and the above are just a guide to the types of businesses that have entered previously. This award will be given to a woman who excels in her professional field of expertise.

Sustainable Business

The Sustainable Business Award will recognise a business that can demonstrate excellence in the field of sustainability. This is the application of social, environmental and economic delivery via sustainability management of products or services. Whether your business is working on social values, environmental excellence whilst delivering a return on your investment this award is open to all. We are looking for businesses that understand the holistic nature of sustainability as applies to your products and services, and ability to demonstrate measurable results over time to show your impact of your programmes and policies.

Sustainability has three pillars: environmental, social and economic, so we are not exclusively looking for “green” business products and services for this category.
