Lucy Cohen is a Cardiff-born entrepreneur and the 2025 President of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). She began her career through an AAT apprenticeship before co-founding Mazuma at 23, pioneering the UK’s first subscription-based accountancy model. Mazuma has since grown into a multi-million-pound company leading digital innovation for micro-businesses across the UK.

With more than two decades of experience, Lucy is a respected commentator on business, finance and digital transformation. She is a regular contributor on BBC, Sky and ITV, writes for AccountingWEB, and has advised policymakers in Number 10 on small business technology. Her book Forget the First Million won Best Short Business Book at the 2022 Business Book Awards, and she has received national recognition for her work on mental health and service to the profession.

A former GB powerlifter and Commonwealth medallist, Lucy is also a passionate campaigner for social mobility, gender equality and women’s health. Her advocacy following a traumatic IUD experience helped drive new national medical guidance and drew praise from Vogue.

Julianna Woods and Katie Summers are the founders of The Mellow Patch Company, an award-winning wellness brand that has rapidly become one of Wales’ most exciting entrepreneurial success stories. What began as a side hustle has grown into a multi-award-winning business offering natural wellness patches and vitamins for sleep, calm, energy, menopause support, and now an expanded children’s range designed to support the whole family.

The duo made history as consecutive EVAS winners, securing New Business in 2024 and Retail Business in 2025. Their authentic storytelling and humour-filled social media presence have taken them from walk-in wardrobes to nationwide retail shelves, building a fiercely loyal customer community and generating viral momentum that continues to fuel their growth.

Their brand has now expanded beyond the UK, with The Mellow Patch Company launching into the US market and attracting significant attention from consumers and retailers alike. Known for their honesty, relatability and bold entrepreneurial energy, Julianna and Katie are passionate advocates for women in business and champions of visibility, confidence and taking imperfect action.

Together, they continue to build one of the UK’s most relatable and fast-growing wellness brands, proving that balance isn’t a myth; it’s a movement.
