The UK’s largest celebration of women in business!

About the Enterprise Vision Awards

The EVAS were created to shine a spotlight on women in business. Not just for what they’ve built, but for the impact they’re making and the journeys behind it.

Since 2011, the EVAS have recognised women across every sector, from early-stage founders to high-growth businesses, from social enterprises to organisations turning over millions. What unites them is substance; leadership, purpose and progress.

The EVAS exists because women-led businesses deserve visibility, credibility and opportunity. Not as a favour. As a fact.

These are business awards with heart. Rigorous, respected and rooted in real-world impact.

Why The EVAS exists

Too often, women’s success is underplayed, overlooked or boxed into narrow definitions.

The EVAS was built to change that.

We recognise growth, leadership and commercial success, but we also recognise impact, resilience and the clarity of a founder’s why. Success at the EVAS isn’t one-size-fits-all. It reflects the many ways women build strong, sustainable enterprises.

At its core, the EVAS is about creating a platform where women are seen, heard and taken seriously.

A community, not just an awards programme

While the awards ceremony is a powerful moment, the EVAS is about much more than one night.

It’s a year-round platform that brings women together through:

  • recognition and visibility

  • events and masterclasses

  • connections and collaboration

  • storytelling and shared learning

Women don’t just attend the EVAS. They become part of a community that champions one another and opens doors.

Founded by Coral Horn

The Enterprise Vision Awards were founded by Coral Horn, a passionate advocate for women in business and a long-standing champion of female entrepreneurship.

Coral created the EVAS to give women a platform she felt was missing. One that celebrated real businesses, real stories and real impact, without pretence or polish for polish’s sake.

Her approach is straightforward and values-led: recognise excellence, remove unnecessary barriers, and build something that genuinely helps women move forward.

That ethos continues to shape everything EVAS does today.

Looking ahead

The EVAS is always evolving.

Each year, we work to broaden representation, deepen impact and ensure the platform reflects the women it exists to serve. We listen. We learn. And we keep raising the bar.

Whether you enter, nominate, attend or partner with us, you’re helping to shape a platform that champions women in business, now and for the future.
