The UK’s largest celebration of women in business!
Trailblazers Uncut
Honest conversations. Real journeys. Shared impact.
Trailblazers Uncut is a podcast hosted on our sister platform, WIB360, created to give space to honest, unfiltered conversations about entrepreneurship.
While the podcast sits on WIB360, it proudly features women we’ve met through the Enterprise Vision Awards community, alongside women and allies of female entrepreneurship from outside our network. These are founders, leaders, innovators and changemakers who are shaping what business looks like today.
This is about sharing lived experience, not polished success stories.
The reality behind the growth. The challenges. The turning points. And the lessons learned along the way.
Why Trailblazers Uncut matters
At the EVAS, we see first-hand the power of visibility.
Trailblazers Uncut extends that impact beyond the awards stage by:
-
amplifying voices from the EVAS community
-
creating space for women to share their story in their own words
-
showcasing relatable role models across sectors, backgrounds and stages
-
welcoming perspectives from allies and women not yet part of our community
By opening up these conversations, the podcast helps normalise the realities of business ownership and raises aspirations for women who are still finding their confidence, their voice or their next step.
