About CEO & Founder Katrina Hutchinson-O’Neill:
Having left university after one year and starting at the bottom rung as an ‘agency temp’, Join Talent’s CEO & Founder Katrina Hutchinson-O’Neill worked her way up the business ladder quickly – starting out in operations management and business improvement before finding her passion for TA and building a career over 15 years as a senior leader in the in-house Talent Acquisition profession. After winning the In-House Recruitment Leader of the Year award in the 2018 Recruiter Awards, Katrina made the call to branch out into entrepreneurship, building out a solution that solved many of the challenges she had experienced as a TA Director – creating high-quality agile embedded delivery and management consultancy solutions that span all key domains and geographies. Katrina and her team at Join Talent have received many accolades for excellence including being 3-time winners of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, 12th globally in the Newsweek ‘Best Places to Work’ rankings and being awarded the King’s Award for Entrepreneurship (International Trade category) in 2023 by King Charles.
