Jane Knight
EVAS2025 Training and Coaching Award Winner and Founder of Successful Mums Career Academy
Jane turned personal experience into a national movement supporting mums back into work and business. Through the Successful Mums Career Academy, she has helped over 10,000 women rebuild confidence, develop skills and create flexible, family-friendly careers.
After being made redundant following the birth of her first child, Jane used her background in career advice to support mums locally, from school gates to community centres, quickly gaining momentum.
Today, the Academy delivers funded programmes, webinars and events, connecting women with forward-thinking employers and championing the skills mums bring to the workplace.
Her work also supports women facing complex challenges, with a clear mission, helping women create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
