Louise Walden-Edwards
EVAS2025 New Business Award Winner and
Founder of VO:ICE Fitness & Wellbeing Academy
Louise turned a passion for coaching into a thriving international business during the pandemic. Through VO:ICE Fitness & Wellbeing Academy she now supports students across 13 countries, delivering thousands of hours of coaching focused on inclusivity, confidence and wellbeing.
A former British and International Ice Dance Champion and Team GB athlete, Louise is also a sports commentator for Eurosport and TNT, bringing her expertise to audiences of millions.
Her work champions participation in sport for everyone, including individuals with additional needs, and she continues to use her platform to promote diversity, accessibility and confidence through movement.
Jigna Varu

Founder of VARU Beauty
Jigna Varu is an award-winning entrepreneur, chemist and makeup artist who has built a beauty brand grounded in science, transparency and empowerment.
After becoming frustrated with the ingredients used in traditional cosmetics, she founded VARU Beauty to challenge industry standards and create products that are ethical, inclusive and free from harmful chemicals.
Today VARU Beauty develops vegan, cruelty-free, halal and kosher cosmetics designed to help people feel confident in what they wear on their skin. Jigna is also a mentor and keynote speaker, passionate about encouraging women to step into leadership and making STEM more accessible to the next generation.
