The EVAS RAG Timeline
The EVAS RAG Timeline
Commitment matters, because opportunity matters
At the Enterprise Vision Awards, every Finalist place represents an achievement and every place is valued.
The EVAS RAG Timeline is simply our way of being open and transparent about how the awards journey works, what happens at each stage, and how participation links to visibility, recognition and awards-related activity.
This isn’t about pressure or rules for the sake of it.
It’s about respect; for the process, for our judges and partners, and above all for the women who are ready, available and excited to take part in this opportunity.
Why attendance and engagement matter
When you enter EVAS, you’re not just submitting an application. You’re stepping into a programme that includes interviews, promotion, media, and a national awards ceremony.
Some elements of that journey are only possible when:
-
A Finalist fully participates
-
Interviews are attended
-
Awards night attendance is confirmed
If a Finalist cannot take part at certain stages, some activities cannot happen fairly or accurately and that’s where the EVAS RAG Timeline comes in.
How the EVAS RAG system works
We use a Green / Amber / Red system to show what’s included at each stage of the awards programme, based on participation and availability.
The aim is clarity and fairness so everyone understands how different stages of the programme work.
Green : Fully participating
You’re able to take part in the full EVAS programme.
-
Interview attended
-
Awards ceremony attended
-
Included in all finalist and winner activity
This is the complete EVAS experience, from visibility and celebration to connection and opportunity.
Amber : Limited participation
You’re still part of EVAS, with some limitations.
-
Interview attended
-
Awards ceremony not possible
-
Some visibility included, some activity paused
Early communication helps us manage expectations and support you clearly at each stage.
Red : Not participating in the awards programme this year
You’re stepping back from the awards process this year.
-
Interview or ceremony not attended
-
Awards-related activity does not apply
-
Shortlist remains unchanged
This doesn’t close the door on EVAS. Many women continue to connect, contribute and explore opportunities beyond the awards programme.
We use a simple Green / Amber / Red system to show what’s included at each stage of the Enterprise Vision Awards, based on participation and availability.
Attendance matters. Here’s why:
The interview
The Judges read every application carefully. The interview allows them to understand you. Your story, your impact, and your future plans. Without it, fair scoring isn’t possible.
The awards ceremony
This isn’t just a night out. It’s:
-
National visibility
-
Professional photography and video
-
Media opportunities
-
Connection with sponsors, partners and peers
-
A celebration of your achievement
It’s a core part of the EVAS experience.
Our promise to you
We will always:
-
Communicate clearly
-
Treat every Finalist with respect
-
Listen when life throws a curveball
-
Be human, fair and professional
All we ask in return is honesty, early communication and commitment to the journey.
When women step forward together, and stay the course, everyone wins.
